Presentations from the seminar: the European Green Deal

The Green New Deal sets out a roadmap to make Europe the first carbon-neutral continent by 2050. It includes proposals for higher ambitions compared to previous climate targets, also reforming the EU emissions trading system and trade measures. But which reforms are under discussion?
