Welcome to a full-day high-level conference, a significant event in the context of the global clean industrial transition, arranged by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Chalmers, Mistra Electrification and Mistra Carbon Exit.

This conference will offer unique insights from global, European and regional perspectives on the Swedish/Nordic region, which is at the forefront of the clean industrial transition.

The conference brings together top executives involved in global policymaking, including national politics, international business, and the finance industry. Among them are IVA's chair, Marcus Wallenberg, the Swedish Minister for Climate and the Environment Romina Pourmokhtari, a representative from the International Energy Agency (IEA), and many more.

A selected group of researchers from Mistra Carbon Exit and Mistra Electrification will present exciting results on elements of the energy transition, with a focus on electrification. Researachers within Mistra Carbon Exit that will participate are Lars Zetterberg, Dallas Burtraw, Milan Elkerbout, Filip Johnsson, Ida Karlsson, Lisa Göransson, and Magnus Hennlock.
