Within the Energy Carrier case study, key energy carriers in net zero transport
infrastructure, building and transport supply chains will be evaluated in terms of cost and
environmental performance. This first workshop focuses on energy carriers in the iron, steel and cement industry, and will be followed by a workshop dedicated to electricity
consumption in transport and buildings. The aim of the workshop is to share knowledge and to identify energy carriers and associated challenges for further analysis within the energy carrier case study.
