This is the first of a series of supply chain workshops where clients, consultants, contractors and material suppliers involved in the supply chain of buildings and infrastructure together will explore how innovative production practices, material choices, business models and policies can contribute to significantly reduce the climate impact of building construction processes. The results will serve as basis for finding efficient ways to achieve the transformative changes required to meet the Swedish goal of net zero emission by Year 2045.

The ambition with the first workshop is to set the case studies in motion by discussing:

• Objectives and focus areas
• Suggested case studies
• Stocktaking - related projects and studies
• Organization of the case studies
